By turning and twisting this scarf/handkerchief, we can see that within you as well there is a wrenching, turning, tightening feeling in your body!. You are merely externalizing a psychological emotion/feeling without being over the top dramatic!. I would also recommend using your facial expressions--but avoid taking it too far!
