Practice, practice and more practice, the only way to get over stage fright is to keep doing it over and over for anyone who will listen!. Act it out in the mall, in front of your parents!. The neighbor the post man!.

Then don't worry how people will feel about you or your performance!.

If you are thinking of anything other then your character thoughts on stage your performance will suffer!. Fourth wall is more then just the front of the stage!.

Your teacher has noticed talent in you, so as far as getting over the stage fright - - - I suggest when you are on stage, you only focus on being the best you can be and do not allow yourself to focus on what would cause you to be nervous or afraid!. Let it not stand in the way of you becoming your personal best!. You are in control of the choices you make, so decide to not let the stage fright get the best of you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just remember that the person on the stage is not you!. It is the character!. While on stage you are to act as the character, and only the character!. Therefore, it should not be very embarrassing, because it is not you!. WHo you are on stage, is not who you are in real life, okay!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Stage fright is hard to get over!. From experience, the more you perform in front of people it will get easier!. If your performing in a theater, that's a plus, because when your perfroming when you have an audience, the audience will be dark, and it will be hard to see anyone!.
