Question: How is Howard Mcgillin!?!? (the phantom of the opera)!?
Me and my friends are seeing The Phantom of the Opera (this would be my 5th time seeing it, but I can only really remember my 4rth)!. The 4rth i saw was in June and we saw John Cudia!. One of my friends that is coming again saw John with me in June, and John Cudia was the most amazing Phantom and singer I'd ever heard!. I looked up a video of Howard Mcgillin (the phantom John Cudia was filling in for) and he was a good singer he just sounded angry alot!. I don't know if he does that all the time but I don't really like it!. Is he gonna be like that when we come to see him!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, he will sound like that!. His voice is rather brassy; he tends to sing like that full-force all the time and never quite sings from the throat (softer) even when it's called for!. He seems "sharp" (not pitch wise - his voice just cuts through)!. He's not bad, but I've heard better!. He's certainly no Crawford!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have seen the Phantom 9 times with 9 different leads!.
My two favorite are Hugh Panaro and Howard Mcgillin,
If I had to pick one it would be Mcgillin!.
True, he is not Michael Crawford, but then who is!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
