Question: Greek theatre in modern theatre!?

Does anyone have any ideas how Greek theatre and its influence can be seen in contemporary theatre and film!? and are there any examples!. - I'm trying to widen my knowledge on theatre before I do my course!. Thanks :) xxWww@QuestionHome@Com

Have a look at the play For the Love of the Nightingale by Timberlake Wertenbaker - from memory (and it was a good few years ago that I was involved with it) it's quite heavily Greek theatre-influenced in its style!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
