Question: Can you help me come up with a plot for a speech!?

for my class i am going to have to write my own speech!. i really wanted one thatis funny and dramatic at the same time but i cant think of one!. and we have to write it ourselves so i just need a topic or inspirationWww@QuestionHome@Com
