Well, personally, I think talent will get you in to a talent agency ANYWHERE! before how you look does!.
I truly think if you haven't already, begin some performing arts classes - especially drama if you are aiming to become an actor, then maybe have some singing lessons (if you want)!.
I really do think you have potential, only by looking at how you look, because your face is pretty animated which agents like!.
So go for it, and never ever let anybody ruin your dream!
