Question: Is this the final stage!?

I have cardiomyopathy, a result of muscular dystrophy, and my doctor gave me 5 months to life, what 5 months ago!? But for the past 4 days I have been getting sick non stop, chest pains, and I have fell a couple times not able to get up, transferring to my chair!. I dont know!. Here is what I found:
A person with congestive heart failure feels tired because not enough blood circulates to supply the body's tissues with the oxygen and nutrients they need!. End stage heart failure usually causes worsening shortness of breath!., as the lungs fill up with fluid!. The other major problem is arrhythmia, which is often the cause of death in such patients!.
Congestive cardiomyopathy is the final stage of many heart diseases and the most common condition resulting in congestive heart failure!.
