Easy be yourself, If they ask you " so tell us a little bit about yourself" Dont go into a tirade about how badly you want this!. What ever you do dont say I want to be a famous actor!.!.!.

Talk a little bit about your family and maybe a trip your planning!. That you hear Drama club was a cool idea and maybe you can come in and help support the leads, learn something and maybe able to help!.

If they ask for a monologue!.!.!. tell them a story about a trip you took or something funny that happen to you while you were walking the dogWww@QuestionHome@Com

Since no matter what part you play, you will be actually playing yourself, find a short scene or monologue that mirrors some emotion with which you can really identify and you can, with little fear of embarrassment, share with those watching your audition!. The easiest emotions to portray on stage are anger and fear for the simple reason, if you are frightened enough or angry enough, you don't care who sees you expressing that!.
I might suggest a scene from The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man in the Moon Marigolds in which the younger daughter is angry with her older sister for destroying her science project!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
