Question: Do i need to get a talent agent !?

i am a martial artist!. my main goal is to be a very good fighter!. i am also very good at doing different types of fancy acrobatic flips!. i have always wanted to be an extra in martial art movies so that i could make a little bit of money!. this will not be my main focus and it not that important but i really want it!. do i still need to get a talent agent!? Get yourself a few clips on utube and get people to spread the word!.
Might be an idea to get yourself a website,, or simple webpage and put lots of pics and video clips of yourself on there, , again , ,spread the word!.
An agent would suck you dry and probably want regular up front payments to promote your work!.
Get yourself into one of the acting unions as well, , if that lucky break does come along and your arent with a performing arts menbership or with a union then you wont get the work, and they will give it to someone else who has the right credentialsWww@QuestionHome@Com
