If you mean "signing" with two agencies, yes you can, unless your agency contract requires you to be exclusive to them!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have no idea what you mean by "sing with 2 agencies" but as far as acting, most working actors have numerous acting agencies!. You have one for film and tv, one for commercials and even one for theatrical!.
