Question: Which monologue should I do for my midterm!?
I am a 20 year old college student!. I was in a school production of The Vagina Monologues last year (woo!) and I was given the role of the six year old girl!. Not a lot of lines but I got really good feedback!. I saw that there was going to be an acting class and registered for it; We were told that for our midterm, we are going to have to perform a monologue!.

I am not too picky about the selection except for the following:

No "Vagina Monologue"
No "Shakespeare"

Something new and age appropriate would be great as suggestions!. Any websites that you can give are fine too!. Tips about costumes and practicing tips are very much appreciated as well!. Thanks a lot!Www@QuestionHome@Com

It might be a little young for a college monologue, but I think it's original and fun!. I did "Coat Hanger Sculpture" monologue from You're A Good Man Charlie Brown as a graded assignment in my 9th grade acting class!. It also happened to be my Acting teacher's favorite monologue!. It's very cutesy and not very dramatic, but a good comedic one!. Hope I helped!

-There are also very good monologues from older plays, such as A Streetcar Named Desire!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
