Here is something,On the last play I did, i had the most solo's in singing but less dialouge!. Does this mean I have to work on actual acting!? I also have a kareoke system called LEADSINGER and you sing a song and it grades you!.It has "Over The Rainbow" on it!.Shold I Use it!? PLEASE HELP! Practice parts from the movie as far as dialouge!. I'm sure you will be great, think positive and be confindent!. Www@QuestionHome@Com first of all, it's time to wipe off the cobwebs on the video the wizard of oz and watch it!. really look at what she does!. take notes on how she acts, what makes her tic!. be the character!. it doesn't mean anything, if that character simply didn't have much dialogue, that's not your fault!. and of course do the leadsinger thing!. i highly doubt it's that accurate, but hey, it's worth a shot!. hope i helped, laurenWww@QuestionHome@Com don't use it! sing it in fromnt of your friends to gain confidence and they aren't a computer so they can give you real feedback ( make sure they are honest friends that want to help you) good luck with your audition and i don't cast in dancing roles very often but it doesn't mean i'm abad dancer i'm sure your lack of dialouge was nothing but it doesn't hurt to practice your acting anyway!.!.!.i hope i helped!Www@QuestionHome@Com My school is doing that play this year too! Good luck with your auditions!. My teacher tells our class to never audition with a song that is actually from a play!. But if you had a lot of singing parts then duh! your great! But just because you had less dialogue doesn't mean your a bad actress!. Practice though just go over some lines!. If you can`t memorize the words think about the meanings and stuff, Like if I want to memorize something in English I say it outloud in Japanese!.
