I did the WDW college program in 2000 and did have an Entertainment audition!.
More than life, i wanted to do "Streetmosphere"- the street performers at MGM!.
The audition was pretty standard- you go into a room, hand over your headshot/resume, do your monologue, and that's it!.
I didn't get cast!.
I think if i did, there would have been many advantages- i would have had a good credit for my resume, made lots of contacts and had a lot of fun!.
The thing is, more than likely you wouldn't be doing typical acting!. You'd probably get cast as like a dancer in a parade or something!. Depending on your career goals, you might get frustrated with the limits WDW would put on you!. There isn't any room for your own creativity!. You must strictly adhere to their rules, etc

Bottom line- go ahead and audition, you have nothing to lose!.
If you get it then strongly consider accepting a contract!.
But if you don't then it probably just wasn't meant to be!.

Best of luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

personally I'd steer clear of Disney!. Sure they've produced high profile stars but only a few of them make it and end up switching to a singing career!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
