Hi!
Well firstly, pick a topic!. Anything you want to talk about!. It could be about an audition, camp, boys, friends, school - absolutely anything!.
I would suggest you look at some monologues from plays or the internet before you start!. This makes it easier for you to set it out!.
also, try to make up a story surrounding this monologue:
For example:
Anna is auditioning for her school's production of Grease and she's trying out for Sandy!. She is so nervous and doesn't know what to expect!. Now put yourself in Anna's shoes!. How would you personally feel!? scared, maybe even confident!?
If you're performing this monologue, I suggest you write a character profile on her!.
Eg -
Name: Anna
Age: 15
Hobbies: Singing, Acting, Dancing etc etc etc
And continue from that!.

It may be hard thinking of a topic, but trust me, you'll be the best at picking one!
Choose something that you enjoy!.
It could be anything!. It could be as simple as writing as a girl who loves eating pie!.
