Okay!.

If it is an open call/audition, then that means anyone can attend with or without representation, although, you really should have a professional resume/portfolio!.

In order to open the options, as far as auditions go, you really should seek an agent!. They will be informed of roles that clients may be suitable for and then the agent will arrange the audition for you!.

To get an agent, you need to prove to them, that you have some sort of potential!. This could mean that, you have no training, but turn up and blow them away with your acting/singing/dancing etc!.!. (not likely but possible)!.
You really should however, get some training or experience!. Either in community arts, or a stage school/singing lessons etc!.!. they will be able to advise you further!.
