Could i use either of these pics as headshots?

Question: Could i use either of these pics as headshots!?

I went out today and took a bunch of headshots!. The photographer gave me a disc of all the pics and i'm not sure if my two faves could be used!. Would i be able to use either of these pics as a headshot!?

To be honest I'm afraid not!.
A head shot is basically what it means!.

A shot of your head and shoulders!.

Your head shot should be done with minimal make up, and nothing distracting in your hair!. You have to look natural so the casting agents can visualize you in different roles!.

Anything distracting from what your wearing can categorize you into only one specific genre- which is what you do not want!

Photograph 2 you might be able to crop and use, but most casting agents prefer your head shots to be in black and white!.

However if these photos were for a modeling agency then they'd be pretty much spot on!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, sorry!. A head shot shows your head and part of your shoulders!. Some agencies like an additional 3/4 shot, but given your age, your pictures are inappropriate!. You should just be smiling, and drop the attitude!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Either is fine if you crop it so it's just your head and shoulders in the picture!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
