The rights are not available for Phantom of the Opera!. Basically, if it's on Broadway, you can't do it (unless they put out a JR version, which I'm almost positive there isn't for Phantom)!.

So, no one can do it right now except for Broadway, Vegas and the national tours!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Even if the rights were available (which they're not) you'd have great difficulty because so much of the technical needs are vital to the show!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
