First of all, think about why you want to be AN actress!. If it's just because you want to be famous, give up!. You're not going to get past school plays!.
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "a actress that has a role of singing", but I'm guessing you would like musical theatre, because it combines acting, singing, and dancing!. In that case, get to know as many shows as possible, be in school plays, try out for community theatre, take classes, you know!. Get involved!.
