well disney they have some things you can find on-linee but its hard i have come across some things here and there but they preferr you to have a backing from an agency but if you have a resume and a headshot and it doesnt have to be profesional you could still send it in!. and experience isnt nessary but it does help like right now there is people calling me asking if i will come for an audition and i tell them i have no experience and they say that is what there looking for all about new faces and talent so go for it Www@QuestionHome@Com
