Well, the ones above are kind of correct!. Agents are the easiest ways to get jobs, but your daughter does not necessarily need lots of experience and training!. That's what agents do, they get you experience!. I just signed with an agent a week ago and I do not have any experience or training!. As for the whole "Macy" role, she might be too young for that, but there are other roles in Disney Channel where they might need a little girl, like on Hannah Montana!. Here, check this website out, and you'll see what I'm talking about!. Take your time to look through it, you'll be suprised how many roles are available on DIsney Channel!.

no you need an agent to accually get opportunities like that and you can only get an agent with years of experience and training on your resume so put her in a class she isnt getting on disney anytime soon
