I am personally not familar with ICM Talent but basic logic would tell me that they have the 3 branches in New York, LA, and London since those are the centers of talent, while promoting synergies so that a talented actor in NY could find out about an opportunity in London, while somebody in London could find out about an opportunity in LA!. When you contact the agency you can also ask them that!. Before you approach an agency like that you should build up a reputation for yourself by performing in community plays!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
