I just asked the same question a few days ago!. ^_^
Don't go to any websites that want you to pay money, I've tried those (without paying) and they do nothing but ask you o "upgrade" and give them money!.

You can take singing or acting lessons, or you can try going to a talent agent!. You also could try putting a video of you singing on YouTube!.

also, make an acting Resumé and send it into open casting calls or movie producers!.
