I don't think the photo stands out well enough!. It does look like a color photo that you took to grayscale!. The quality of the image (not you, the photo quality) isn't great!. You are obviously pretty!. I think you need a better photo, though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't like it!. Head shots should be more straightforward, and it looks like you efited it with iphoto or something!. Avoid the cheesy effects!. It's more a myspace pic than a headshot!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
