As for the thing about you not looking pretty, I think you look perfectly pretty, but you should also think about what you want casting directors to think when they see you!. This picture to me says "Shy girl", and, if that's what you want to go for, use it! But if you want something else, try that! Just try different things and see what works for you and your type!. You can always bring more than one headshot to an audition, that way they can see all the different things you are capable of, but it's normally good to have a favorite that really states who you are and what your type is!. One suggestion, though!. When a casting director is looking at a headshot, if you are not smiling, some of them tend to think that you have bad teeth and are trying to hide them!. So, I would smile wide and show off those dimples, so that you don't hide anything!. You have to remember, though, that people will take you for jobs based on skill, so don't think people are going to be looking straight for you because of your head-shots!. often, however, directors pick people for certain roles based on appearance, and this picture would be good for that!. most people go for pictures in black and white, but it's good to have both black and white, and colour!.
