Question: Has anyone ever attended an acting school!?

Okay so im 17 and I want to know how to get into any acting school in california, how i should look (psychally looks etc!.),any tips please

They all have different requirements, most have an audition requirement so they can place you in the proper class, but at your age, you should be looking at a studio that takes beginners and take a beginning class and work your way up!. You want to avoid the big name acting schools anyway, because most of them teach antiquated junk you don't need!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

How you look isn't nearly as important as acting ability!. Learn monologues, get coaching, prepare for auditions!. The idea that you can have a career as an actor without training is a myth -- a few people may get a job on looks, but they'll only survive in the business if they know what they're doing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
