Question: Good Audition Songs for me!?
I'm seeing a voice teacher who is helping me create an audition book full of songs!. So far, the songs I have are:

God Help the Outcasts
Favorite Things
Waiting For Life
You'll Never Be Me
When Your Driving Through The Moonlight

Does anyone have any other good audition songs!?
These songs must be good for my age (I am 13), and show off my voice!. (I am a Soprano, but can really sing anything!.)
The songs must be musical theatre, no songs off the radio!.
Thanks in advance!

Really I think When you Believe by Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey is a brilliant song and really shows off a voice!. It is off a film, but it might not count as musical theatre!. If the Whitney houston and Mariah Carey version is too hard, try the actual film version!.

My voice teacher just started me on a new song called "Disneyland"!.
It's from the musical "Smile" and it's sung by an 11!? year old girl who escapes a troubled life in a dysfunctional family by dreaming of one day living in Disneyland because that one silly childhood dream is all she has in the world to hold on to!. The music is very good and the song continues to build until finally reaching an grad finish!.
And the song Lozzo31 mentioned is an pop arrangement of a beautiful song from the movie "The Prince of Egypt" it has the some of the most incredible music you will ever hear but it is walking a fine line as an audition piece!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
