Question: Please answer these questions about acting, thanks!.
1!. when you go to try-out for a movie/commercial/tv show what do they make you do for them to see if you have what they want for their show!?
2!. how do i get a agent!?
3!. i dance, and have pretty good looks but i am just starting the theatre to practice for tryouts, how long would it take for you to be ready for a real try-out, i just started so im wondering!.
4!. what qualities do good actors have!?
5!. im a bit shy near people i dont know and with people i know im outgoing and bubbly how do i get out of my shyness!?
6!. and my parents dont take me seriosly, i have to beg them to sign me up and they wont take me to auditions :(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

1!.) When you go on an audition, you have to already have a memorized monologue, and bring a head shot and resume!.!. they also make you read from there scrip and ask you some simple questions like 'why do you like acting!?'
2!.) Simply google 'talent agents in your area' Then read about the ones that come up and see if they work with a union like SAG -- if they do thats great! It means they work with top TV channels like Disney, Nick, ABC, Fox and more!. usually you send in your head shot and resume and they get back to you if they like you, you can also call and get some information!. If anything costs money it's a SCAM!.
3!.) It takes years to become a great actor!. Take at least 2 years doing drama class, chorus, dancing and voice lessons, plays at school, join a local theater, professional classes and getting head shots and building up a resume!. It takes time, but DON'T rush it because you won't get the experience you need!.
4!.) All actors should know how to sing, dance and of course ACT! you need to be really pretty, but in a unique way!.!. like not looking like everyone else, have your own sense of fashion and always smile!.!. when going on auditions they say the directors always look if you have a BIG hollywood smileee(:
5!.) Shyness goes away as you keep preforming in plays with big audiences!.!.!. i had the same problem once i did my first play (i was casted as lead) I got over it because i love preforming, I always think that there's no one in the audition just my friends and that helps a lot!.
6!.) It's hard when parents don't support you, because you really need them to get far, your underage and can't sign anything yourself, also they drive you everywhere!.!. show them you REALLY want this!.!. make it absolutely clear you want to act in plays and then go professional!. Maybe after you do a play or two they'll take you more serious!.

3!.) It depends on how many shows you have done!. I've done 5 shows!. But i was auditioning for real auditions in between those shows!.
4!.) Determination!. Confidence!. Talent!. Fast Reactions!.
5) By showing Confidence you have to do this oN your own!. I cant really help you!. Just start talking in front of crowds of pepole!.
6) I had the same problem what you should start going on your own or find someone who will take you buti had to find them on my own!.!.!.trust me when success roles around they'll be on your side thats how all parents are :)

Patrick is not too bright!., 1!. You don'[t need an agent, or at least the agent doesn't need you until you are a marketable property!. 2, your parents have to get one for you until you are 18 and can sign a contract, 3!. It usually takes many years to be ready for professional auditions!. 4!. I have written an entire book on that, it is free, see my profile, 5!. You overcome shyness by forcing yourself to take part and be more outgoing!. 6!. your parents have to sign for any pro work you do!.
