How do i go about auditioning for any role when i dont live in California, where

Question: How do i go about auditioning for any role when i dont live in California, where all the castings are!?

I live in GA so i cant really fly off to california and audition for roles, but i want to get some TV time somewhere!. how do i go about doing so!? is it something online!? do i have to have an agent!? because i really dont want one!. or maybe it's for the better that i do have one!?

If you are interested in obtaining legitimate work as an actor/actress in TV/film you will eventually need to have an agent!. Ye sthere are a number of castings that come out of California, but there also some that exist in your area as well!. Every state has a film commision, contact them and see if they can provice you a list of SAG franchised agents in your state!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can't!. You have to live in the same place where you work!. They don't scour the country looking for kids to make into stars!. And it's ridiculously hard to get to the point where you are auditioning for big time jobs!. Not a possibility for you!. Sorry!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
