Question: Is it too late to become a movie director!?

-I am 17 Years old
-I have bad grades in high school
-I live in Canada
-I barely graduated highschool
BUT
I am really passionate about becoming one!.
I will work as hard as I can to be one!.
I will dedicate my life to this dream!.
I want to show the world my creation!.

I do not want it as a job!. I want to show everyone my creation!.

Well now it's up to you to get into a good collage!.!. one that specializes in film would be a good choice, Collage isn't like High school if you get bad grades you failed, you have to keep up your grades in EVERYTHING!.!. thats the most important job!. Film is either your job or not, if you don't want to film a movie become a director, producer or a witter then it's your creation!. It's not to late, and yes it's hard!.!. but you have to work for it!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

First of all it's never too late to continue Learning!. To "become" much of anything might take more than just hard work!.

I'm a bit confused by your statement, "I want to show the world my creation"!. I want to assume you mean your creative ability to direct others in their creative pursuits!?!?!? That might mean you'd have directorial knowledge, education, some credentials as to credibility TO direct others, and tenacity in making every effort to be involved in that aspect of the industry!. If you mean otherswise I'd like to know, but IT is WORK, no matter how anyone defines the word or JOB!.

I suspect returning to an educational environment should be your first step, and challenge!.

As it all relates to TOO OLD, I hope I'm still DOING, up until I take my final breath, possibly when I'm 99!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
