when you are on stage, everything has to be over dramatic so the audience can see you!. when your on camera, you do things just like you normally would, if not making your actions even MORE undrestated!. its a really hard thing to do, to go from stage to camera or from camera to stage!. When your on stage, nobody notices if you mess up a little!. but on camera, your every action is documented and recorded!. an easy way to make camera work easier after working on stage is if you pay close attention to what you do in real life!. if in real life when your angry, you clench and unclench your jaw ever so slightly, then make a mental note of that, and when your angry on camera, do that!. just make sure your camera actions are smaller than your stage actions and you should be good to go! Okay, well, so far I've only acted on stage, but I have hypothesized that the difference is likely in the way you carry yourself and present your lines!. For instance, in theatre you have to project your voice, and you have to be blocked a certain way, and always facing the camera!. In my experience on stage the director has always told me where to stand and limited my movements which interferes with my perfomance in my opinion!. However, I am assuming when acting on camera you can turn your back or move or do whatever you want!. Plus you probably would want to tone down your projection voice because the camera is right there!. also, I would thing the pressure is less because you're not performing for hundreds of people but a few!. The only one you have to impress is the director!. That's just my hypothesis, however!. Hope this helps!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Acting onstage is LOUD AND FLAMBOYANT!!!!! YOU MUST HAVE A LOT OF EMOTION!!!!!!!!!!! But on camera your toned down!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. more of the real life situations like disagreeing with your dad not FALLING OVER ROMEO THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!

Hope this Helped
