First, put down your current age!.!.!.you do not need a range because you are under 18!.
When you describe your theatre experience you need to state if it was amateur or professional theatre and the name of the theatrical company and location it was performed!.
Get rid of the Monologues!.!.!.they are not needed on the resume!.
Under training you need to give the location of Hams Middle and Kentucky middle!. You also need to state what kind of training it was and how long you studied there!.
Under special skills do not put down good cold reader!.!.!.if you are up for an audition that will be expected of you anyway!.
You need much more experience before you can truly hope to get any professional work or sign with an agent!. Keep studying acting but also start taking voice and movement lessons!. Audition for show that are not "kid" based!.!.!.look into your local community theatres for shows that may have roles for young teens!.

by industry standards I would call you green, but you never know what they are looking for sometimes, it depends on what you can do when it comes to performance, you could have the most illustrious resume in the world but if your audition skills aren't up to par it wont make a difference, just do your best at every opportunity!.

take a look at this guy's resume, I think it's formatted nicely, consider reformatting yours so it has all of the details he includes!.
