Question: Movie extra info!?

to be a extra in a movie do you need a resume and a headshot!?

this is kinda hard to explain but also how do you become one!? like do you audition for it or something!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think when they need extras, they notify the surrounding area and people volunteer to do it!. Or sometimes there's agency type things JUST for extras - no experience necessary - and when casting directors need extras they go to them!. Other times you can send in a headshot and resume + on your cover letter say you'd like to be an extra [or send to a different address just for extras]!. Either way if you have to mail something in, you need a headshot + resume!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you are near Hollywood ca!. or New york, try Central Casting, I'm going to be in Heroes tomorrow,, as a Priest, I have done Commercials, tv \movies and Psa's!. Central takes the head shot , its like $30 US
