That's the trouble with show business!. People don't get that you have to do it because you want to!. Not to get famous!.Www@QuestionHome@Com If you had a video on youtube that became some sort of massive internet sensation on the level of Chris "leave Britney alone" Crocker, then yeah, you might be able to parlay that into some sort of acting gig, but do you realize how astronomically unlikely it is for that to happen, even if it's a great video!? Do you have any idea how massive the amount of videos on youtube is!? Your energy would be better spent pursuing an acting career through the traditional venues!. Betting on a youtube video to get you famous is about on the same as investing for your retirement in lottery tickets!.Www@QuestionHome@Com yeah it is :] i had a video - but it was too long for youtube, so i uploaded it to a totally random site - but i posted it on my myspace page, and people i didnt even know at school would come up to me and say how funny it was & now people nicknamed me my character's name "Qui-Qui" however, now its on youtube because i cut it down!. but not popular on youtube - i didnt do anything to get it in searches or send it out to people but here it is if you wanted to see!. here it is: http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=er-VfvYZQ!.!.!. another thing i put on youtube is a high school musical music video - got alot of comments and alot from people in new zealand that said their whole school thought it was funny!. so i thought that was cool :] but yeah it can totally help you!. plus, if you don't have a demo reel, you can always show anyone that wants to see your work your youtube page!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Yes, definatley!. Have you heard of JKL and the Fred channels on YouTube!? One of the actors on there is getting into commercials and is quite famous now!.
