You can write a song sbout anything! For most people they write about something that happened in their life!. It could be something traumatic, a love song, or just everyday life!. For me personally, i love writing stories but i don't have the patience to finish one!. so i make up a story in my mind and put myself in the characters situation!. Usually i'm able to write some pretty good songs by doing that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

When people write music it sounds best if it is written from the soul, probably about personal experiences, wishes, flaws in their life and things like that!. Hard times such as breakups, divorces and such are the perfect time to write because they are a true description of what is going on inside your heart!. There is no rule that says you can't write about certain things: you could write a song about anything you like whether that be the turkey sandwich you ate for lunch or the beautiful bird that just flew out your window!.
