Question: Could i use Disney to start my career!?

i notice how every actor/actress that acts on disney becomes famous because they are well known by the people who watch the shows (mainly kids)!. i was wondering if that would be a good start!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Certainly any create pursuits can be noble ones, though we can't know your motive!. Hopefully it goes deeper than just Dollars!.

Beyond that, and having been employed by the mouse for a few years, their entertainment segment is difficult to break into!. You might equate it to the American Idol machine, Thousands audition, 25 get chosen, 1 goes home some assumed winner!.

I also have to disagree with your notion that "EVERYONE" involved becomes famous!.

Obviously it has launched a few careers, and there are those infamous as well as famous, and in some cases with the press they get, I'm sure Disney would rather distance themselves!.

The only way to know is to take the steps involved in getting where you want to be!. Certainly it won't hurt if you have the looks, some talent, abilities, some formal education, and remain persistent, no matter what path you choose!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't feel that Disney is a good place to start an acting or singing career!. Examples:

Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montanna): Most kids love her, but if you look at what people say about her on the Internet people really have turned against her since those racy photos!.

Jonas Brothers: Again, Kids and teenage girls love them!. But other than that the general public don't and most adults don't know who they are!.

Ashley Tisdale: Probably the only exception to this rule!. She did become extremely famous and is a very talented actress!. However, she was stuck in a rut for the time she was with Disney!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Unless you have an aunt of mom who is a casting director for Disney, or you have a legit agent, you probably won't be starting at Disney!. BUT, consider this!.!.!.you say most Disney stars have gone on to bigger and better things!. Not true!. Think about shows you used to watch on Disney 5 or 6 years ago!. A majority of them are nowhere to be seen now!. also realise that most stars in Hollywood have been acting for years and years, going through many agents and independant roles before they ever got their "big break!." Don't expect to be discovered!. Just go out, act, and have a fun time doing something you love!. Then, hope for the best!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, people that are on Disney have worked very hard to get were they are at!.!. you need experience!.!. classes are really good also do drama at school, be in plays, then think about getting an agent and doing small things like commercials and student films then audition for disney!.

Selena gomez- did barney when she was like 6 and acting ever since same with demi lovato!.
Ashley tisdale- Did MANY commericals before being on the suite life of zach and cody!.!. she was in a T-moble commerical a few years ago!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

start with classes at school then do plays at shcool build up your resume get experience! then get an agent and if you want to be succesful it will take years of hard work slowly climbing the ladder of success but if you get a chance to do somethign big go for it!

The Walt Disney Company is one of the largest entertainment companies in the world!. Among their holdings are ABC, ESPN, Touchstone Pictures, Miramax Films, Pixar, and Hollywood Records!. Getting into any entertainment role with Disney certainly can't hurt!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
