The other answers pointed out the valid problems due to your age!. Your first responsibility is to complete a general education that will equip you to take care of yourself!.
- At the same time, there's no reason you can't pursue a study of the craft of acting!. Here are a few thoughts:
- Experience is the best, if not the only, teacher!.
- Read a lot - learn about as many things as you possibly can!.
- Go to every audition you can find at schools and community theaters!. Be prepared for rejection, but remember it’s not because you aren’t good enough, it’s because you aren’t what they’re looking for!.
- Accept even the smallest part, and if they don’t offer you anything, volunteer for tech or house work!.
- Whatever you end up doing, be reliable!.
- Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting, unnoticed!.
- When you make a commitment, live up to it—even if something better comes along!.
- Remember, even if you’re playing the lead, it isn’t about you!.
- And finally, be aware that the average annual income for a professional actor is something like $1,000!

At this point, the best thing you can do if you want to have a successful career with any sort of longevity is to dedicate yourself to learning as much about your craft as possible!. Do school shows, community theater, etc!. Get private voice training and dance lessons, even if you don't plan to do the whole musical theater thing; the skills you learn carry over to straight acting!. When you finish high school, go to college and study performing more in-depth!.

I know you feel like you're ready to go out there and make a big splash now, but you need training and an education in the field!. You can't expect to have a career just for being talented, just like you can't expect to get a job as a doctor or a lawyer just for being smart!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Before I answer, doesn't anyone get it, that people such as KIMMY, and others are PHISHING!? I report every time!.

Now,,, I apologize!.

Certainly it's possible and you wouldn't be the first to try, and hopefully succeed!. By the way, and with no offense, 14 is YOUNG!.

Obviously under age your parents or guardians will have to be involved!. While I dislike AGENTS in general, you can find legitimate scouting people out there!.

What you need initially might be a resume,,, just as an adult needs to obtain any job!. You might need a portfolio of STILLS, and Videos, showing you in action, showing your experiences, showing your stage presence, persona, etc!.

You may get links offered here, such as Blogspot etc, and they too can be places to explore, but so much of the reality is HARD WORK, and getting your credentials out there to legitimate companies!.

Your dream is no less valid than that of THOUSANDS who come here asking the same or similar questions!. Your approach to getting there should be assertive, and learning tolerance and acceptance, might keep you from any bruising that might occur in being rejected!.

Just my 2 "scents" (no I didn't misspell it)Www@QuestionHome@Com

It might be possible, but you do need to have a lot of support from your family!. At 14, you will be classed as a child and need at least one of your parents to accompany you to auditions, classes and if lucky, run you back and forward to whatever show/movie you are in!. They effectively have to give up their own life and spend all of their time helping you with yours!. If you are lucky enough to have a parent willing to do this, then it is a start!. Don't think that you can do it without support until you are at least 18!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
