In addition to being friendly and reliable and good with people, ushers and other front of house staffers need to be good with problem resolution!. People sit in the wrong seats, come to the theater on the wrong night, arrive after the show has started, and behave in ways that disturb other patrons!. All of these situations have to be handled quickly and efficiently and quietly!.
Any customer service experience you have, and any theatrical experience you have (including attending lots of plays) will be good to mention on your CV!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Friendly, Reliable, Confident, Good with people those sort of things!.

also any experiences you've had!. What sort of theatre company or what group do you want to be a front of house for!? You may have to have special qualifications which they require!. You may want to look into that!.

Hope I helped!

If you have a first aid certificate or CPR certificate, list that - it's a useful thing for an usher to have!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
