I think you should do "Wait!." That song demonstrates her personality really well (she's being really manipulative) and shows her feeling for Todd, so if you did it really well, it would show off your ability to play her as well as how well you sing!
If not that one, you should do "Worst Pies in London!." I think that song is really funny!. Especially the line about the cats that "aren't" in the pies!.
Good Luck on your audition!!! :DWww@QuestionHome@Com

"Wait" is the best song to audition with which to auditon for Mrs!. Lovett!.
Both Angela Lansbury and Helena Bonham Carter complained to Sondheim about not having any places to breath in "By the Sea"!. It will take practice with the musical direction!. "Worst Pies in London" is a great song, but it's very long for an audition and every other girl will be trying it!. Stand out, pick something else!.
"All good things come to those who can wait"

I think that you should pick "By the Sea"!. It will take a lot of practice to make sure that you can get your breathing right, but if you ace the song, the director will see that you can conquer the song, and the rest of them will be a piece of cake!. Or, if you want a crowd favorite, but probably something everyone will be singing during auditions!. Worst Pies in London!. I love the song, and it is also very hard to sing!. By the Sea, and if not, Worst Pies in London!. Good luck on the audition =] I hope you get the part!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

my personal favorites are worst pies in london and by the sea!. i would choose by the sea!. it is a really fun and upbeat song!. the other ones are kind of dark!. this is one of the few songs that is different in the playWww@QuestionHome@Com

I think that By The Sea is a great audition song! There are some vocally challenging areas that will help show off your ability and it is a very good song to showcase your acting skills! Break a leg at your audition!Www@QuestionHome@Com
