Go to www!.stageagent!.com!. They have TONS of monologues there!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Here are a few:

Pick one that's age-appropriate!.

EDIT:

Most theatre directors do not permit/approve of strictly movie monologues for auditions!. They want to hear pieces written for the stage!.

And a monologue is a monologue, there is no such thing as "a musical theater monologue"!. People audition for straight plays with monologues from musicals, and vice versa!. It is the ACTING portion of any audition!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

What age are you and what type of play are you going for!?

If it's a musical theatre play try: http://www!.musicaltheatreaudition!.com
And type your details into the search engine!.

If you want a normal, well known monologue from a movie try:
http://www!.whysanity!.net/monos

If that doesn't help type in Teen Girl Monologue into Google again!. It's worked for me!

Hope to help!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Check out notmyshoes!.net as well as all of the websites mentioned here!. Look around for plays at your local library and at book stores!. Once you've picked it out, or while you're searching and trying to decide between a couple--read the play!

Good plays to look through include: "Romeo & Juliet", "A Midsummer Night's Dream", "Brighton Beach Memoirs", "I Never Saw Another Butterfly", "The Importance of Being Earnest", and The Scottish Play!. Those are popular scripts that you will probably be able to find easily!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Go to Google again and type in "monologues from Romeo and Juliet"!. I just did now because I needed a monologue, too!. There's so many great ones!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
