Question: My mom is 46 and started to break out (acne) yesterday!?

why is it that she is breaking out now even though she hasnt broken out since she was about 22 she said!. is it stress from work because she deals with patients at her hospital!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

my mom has acne too, and shes 49!. she didnt even have it as a teen, but a lot of women break out at the begining of menopause apparentlyWww@QuestionHome@Com

You can break out anytime (as a 31 yr old woman, I still do), but if it hasn't been years it's possible she's having hormonal changes!. Possibly leading up to the change of life, or menopause, whichever you prefer to call it!. My mom had that issue right before she started that whole phase!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
