Helo, i live in the UK/England and nothing happens here, we live in a lovely big house 7 bedrooms and its worth about ￡650,000 ($1!.3000,000) my parents will sell up soon but i want to become and actor in the US so many dreams are made come true there, and ive done research, star of as an extra in a few places then work your way up, but its hard here alot of the things are like, down in london about 2-3 hours away!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

SAME HERE!.!.ive been reserching and its all about the USA!.!.!. i wanna move there to stay with my auntie!.!.!.!. coz in NY u can persue for SOMETHING atleast!.!.!. but obviously all that glitters aint gold!.!. might be hell o nthe way there!.!.!. london is boring!.!. most british actors are hardly heard of in america!.!.!. only harry potter which is common!.!.well atleast i think so!. i wanted to move but im not sure!.!.!. theres many performing schools around london!.!.!. i think u shud join a theatre school firsst!.!. which area in london do u live!? ive joined a free theatre school and next year i wanna move to a bigger all drama school!.!.!. its best to start off here!. get abit of goodness all up in ur CVs and reports and stuff!.!.!. then u can move on!.!.!.!. oh my bad!.!. ur not in london eh!? hmm!.!.!. damn!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Sorry, but your dreams won't come true just by moving to the US!. The competition in the film industry (or the theatre industry) is HUGE and very fierce!. You don't say how old you are!. Will you still be living at home with your parents after they sell their home!? London is much closer than the US, and you don't have any immigration hurdles to jump through!. If you are old enough to live on your own and be self supporting, move to London, get involved with theatre in any capacity you can, and start building your career!. If you are good you'll get ahead!. And talent scouts do visit the UK looking for new faces!. Once you have achieved a certain level of success on your home turf, you can apply for a working visa to the US and have a reasonable chance of getting one, but if you simply go in to the immigration department and say "I want to be a movie star" (I know, I'm exaggerating, but bear with me) their response will be that you have no credentials to indicate that you have any possibility of making a success and America is full of stage-struck youngsters as it is!. So - put in your apprenticeship on your home turf and then get ready to take the world by storm!.
