"We are in the process of negotiating the deal for stock-and-amateur licensing rights to WICKED!. Needless to say, I don't expect them to become available for some time, since they are generally not made available until after the Broadway production has closed!. probably no time soon!. it is still a pretty new musical and they won't 'give out' the rights someone will have to buy them!. and since it is still pulling in a lot of money it probably won't 'give out' the rights for a while!. rent is closing in september and they still haven't 'given out' their rights!. normally it's when a show closes is when they 'give them out'Www@QuestionHome@Com

MTI owns the rights, and will not be releasing performance permission anytime soon!.

If you see an amateur performance being done anywhere (and I have heard of several), they are doing it illegally!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
