First of all, if you are only 13, you should get your parents involved!. Do you just want to start finding an audition here or there, or do you want to really become an actress!? If you want to become an actress at your age, you will need to have your parents' support!.
Secondly, anytime you make an INVESTMENT at any time in your life, you want to be able to calculate what the return on that investment will be!. Are you ready to audition for roles in films or for television!? In other words, what are you expecting!? Do you have any experience acting!? Have you taken any classes yet!?
I used to use exploretalent for a while about four years ago!. Honestly, I never got any auditions from them, so I stopped using them!. But that is me!. It doesn't necessarily mean it will be the same for you!.
The bottom line is though that:
1!. get your parents involved
2!. make sure you are READY to audition before you go throwing money away!.

In a word, no!. It's not free!.
I don't know what site you are using, but it sounds alot to me like it has the same setup as exploretalent!.com!. Sites like that are only good if you know how to use them!. What you do is you let it tell you about the audition, but use Google to search for and find out about when and where to audition yourself, so you don't have to pay money!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
