There are a lot of softwares available that take out vocals from any song (which you can download onto your computer!. They work like Garage band)!. They can work nicely, even though sometimes the quality doesn't sound very good!.
Instead of doing this, though, whenever I have an audition I have my vocal teacher record a piano piece onto garage band (which we import into iTunes so I can bring the track in as a CD)!. I think this is much better because, one, it will be going to your own pace and you can bring it transposed if you wanted, and you won't have to worry about quality!.!.!.!.

If not, though, here are a few softwares!. I think most of them are free, but there are a few which may produce better results that are about a dollar a song:

Good luck with finding a song and break a leg in your audition :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Really!? Try iTunes again!. I found a few different "Pirates of Penzance" soundtracks there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm not sure how quickly you need it, but you might investigate Music Minus One!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
