Should I join my school's drama club or should I just train by myself?

Question: Should I join my school's drama club or should I just train by myself!?

What will better enhance my acting skills joining my school's drama club or just practicing acting by myself at home!. I think that my school's drama club is not that good!.!.!.so I'm hesitating if I should because it might just waste my time compared to when i would just read nice books on acting techniques and practicing those at home which would even free up some time on my very tight schedule!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

you could to both! training with people definitely has it's advantages and will do you allot of good in the long run also it looks better on resumes then just 'training on my own' so do your school club, but also study a bit on your own so you can get different perspectives on things!.

you can't really build up a resume with reading acting books!.!.!. join the club!. acting is something you can only learn by doing, but when you show up to this club you might want to loose the "waste of time" attitude and start looking at it as an opportunity for you to work on your chops and to make some connections!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It would be far better for you to join the club!. You will be exposed to and learn so many other facets of the trade!. AND, it looks good on your resume!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
