There's so many ways to kick stage fright but they all revolve around you going head on with it at some point!.!.!.

i personally think stage fright is a lack of self-confidence run your lines/speech or whatever in front of a mirror (full-length would be best) go word for word without breaking eye contact with yourself ("i am my own worst enemy")!. if you miss a step or look away start over!.!.!. it's a great way to build yourself up and to learn lines!.

If you're making a speech or doing a monologue for a low level drama class before you start, make a little joke about your stage fright it'll clean the air a bit and help you and your audience relax!.

Step one to acting is learning your lines, get those down pat!

recite your lines with others and if you have the opportunity do the scene/speech/whatever on the stage to an empty house a few times, it'll make you a bit more comfortable with your surroundings when it comes time to preform in front of people!.

don't act on an empty stomach, and a Little sugar high couldn't hurt!.!.!.

also i like to whisper "**** it / i could care less / this doesn't matter" to myself before going on!.!.!. helps me relax, just remind yourself that life goes on!.!.!.

hope this helps!.!.!. break a legWww@QuestionHome@Com
