Question: Really need some help getting over a recent talent show!?
OK, so I've been really self-conscious about this talent show we had, since I didn't look like I was having fun, I forgot an important shirt, one of my "costumes" was malfunctioning, I couldn't hit some notes, I forgot to sing in a part we decided should be a duet, I forgot to do some important choreography in a song, and frankly everything else!.
So typically I'm just looking for [serious] help/advice to help calm myself and forget about it!.!.!.I even went to be crying that night (two nights ago) because some people had filmed me!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Focus on specific, positive steps you could take if those things were to happen again in the future!.
Like: "Oh crap, I just forgot to come in for the duet! *moment of panic*"
instead of (doing whatever you did in this last show) what would you do in the future!? (the right answer would be something like, come in when you can and act like nothing is wrong! no one will notice unles you make a big deal out of it!. SMILE!!)
If you can't learn from your mistakes, might as well quite performing now! ;)
Oh, those pesky costumes!.!.!. it happens to everyone!. and the audience understands, really!. Just go on to the best of your ability!. the audience isn't there to appreciate your costume, they're there to appreciate YOU!
Just briefly think about the negative things that happened and come up with a game plan of what you would do and how you would react/deal with it if it happened again!. chalk up the mishaps to the joys of live theater and learn from your experience!Www@QuestionHome@Com
