Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
That's not personification, but in that same scene, Romeo says;

"Two of the fairest stars in all the heaven,
Having some business, do entreat her eyes
To twinkle in their spheres till they return!. "

The "stars" are indeed being personified!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

When Romeo is saying that to Juliet during the balcony scene he is saying that it is love that has given him wings to fly over the walls to come see you her, as Juliet thought that he had left after the party where they first meet!. He is just being a romantic!.

So I'm pretty sure it's not a personification!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I wouldn't say it was personification!. As personification is giving human qualities to inanimate objects!. I think it's a very romantic chat up line!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't think it is a personification because personification is giving human qualities to non-human things and the quotes doesn't show any of it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Love is a feeling, not a being, so giving it wings is personification!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
