You can get a whole list of shows that have closed (and their dates) at the Internet Broadway Data Base (www!.ibdb!.com)!.

And ANYONE CAN WHISTLE was NOT the crappiest show ever on Broadway--it's even been revived in concert format! The worst show was CARRIE (5 performances), although quite a few shows (GLORY DAYS, GANTRY, ONWARD VICTORIA) closed after a single performance!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm just glad that "Cats" finally went to kitty heaven!.

EDIT: "Anyone Can Whistle" is not a terrible show!. It failed because it was about non-conformity -- not a popular subject in 1964! And it ran for nine days, not seven!.

If you want to learn about flop musicals, try to find a copy of the Ken Mandelbaum book "Not Since 'Carrie'" -- it's both informative and very funny!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
