they are making a proscription on who shud be killed!. in this the government states that whoever is on the list is to be sentenced to death!. When the guy is killed the govt!. takes care of his property by taking it forever!. This was supposed to be a cruel act by the triumvir!. Many ppl were killed by the triumvir and thats basically what the triumvir are doing!. Sitting and deciding who should be killed!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
